In the event of cancellation of this contract, refunds (less $100 cancellation fee) will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under the lease agreement contract. All travel agents must follow our cancellation policy and refund their commissions already paid when a refund is determined to be due (at the sole discretion of Gemini Properties)
